Toys 'R' Us Coming Back To The Hudson Valley
A partnership with Macy's to bring the iconic toy store back as "store within a store" at nearly 400 retail outlets, including right here.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Reports of the death of Geoffrey the Giraffe have been greatly exaggerated.
Beginning today, Macy’s customers can experience the expansive assortment of Toys"R"Us products online exclusively at macys.com/toysrus and ToysRUs.com, powered by Macy’s digital and fulfillment ecosystem.
Macy's announced on Thursday that Toys"R"Us fans in the Hudson Valley will once again be able to shop at the toy store in person starting next year. Beginning today, toy enthusiasts can already buy an assortment of Toys"R"Us products through the retailer's web site.

Toys“R”Us "shop-in-shops" will roll out to more than 400 Macy’s stores nationwide, including those in the Hudson Valley in 2022. Shoppers will be welcomed by Geoffrey the Giraffe before discovering and playing across the new toy shops in Macy's outlets.

Founded by Charles Lazarus, Toys"R"Us became the world's most beloved toy store before abruptly shuttering its U.S. stores in 2018. Toys"R"Us is still around. In addition to an online presence with Macy's, the store generates more than $2 billion in global retail sales annually through nearly 900 branded global stores outside the U.S. and e-commerce businesses in more than 25 countries.
