Toys for Tots Champaign 2017 for Local Families

It's that time of year again. The crisp cold air, the smell of amazing food & the hustle-bustle of the holiday season. It's also the time of year for giving and remembering others.

If you've ever thought about dropping off a gift for a deserving child in a Toys for Tots bin, consider stopping by The Thomas Paine Cottage in New Rochelle. They are an official drop off location this year. They will be happily accepting donations every Thursday, Saturday & Sunday from now until December 17th from 10-5 pm at 20 Sicard Avenue, New Rochelle, NY.

They are also hosting a free community event that will feature Santa Claus, hot chocolate, mulled cider, the museum by candlelight ,festive holiday music & arts & crafts. Thursday Dec. 7th 5-7pm & Sat/Sun Dec. 9-10th 3-7pm. Details are posted on their Facebook page. They are asking all visitors that can to bring an unwrapped toy for the donation box.

All donations will go to locally approved organizations to distribute to children of the community.
