Truck Vs. Overpass in New Rochelle Ties Up Monday Morning Traffic
The truck was illegally driving on a parkway.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A truck driving illegally on the Hutchinson River Parkway slammed into the Weaver Street overpass in New Rochelle Monday morning.
One northbound lane was shut down which caused traffic back-ups, as the top of the trailer was ripped open, News 12 said.
