Use Web to Comment on New Rochelle Planning
An interactive Web site allows New Rochelle residents to comment on issues that should be included in the comprehensive plan revision.

The City of New Rochelle is in the process of revising its and wants your input. To that end, the city has launched an interactive, online forum.
Planning Director Eleanor Sharpe said the Web site, run through a platform called MindMixer, is a way to engage New Rochelle residents and institutional stakeholders during the EnvisioNR Comprehensive Plan process.
"Active public participation is key to a successful comprehensive plan, and the Web site makes it easy and convenient," she said. "We encourage everyone to visit the site and become part of the dialogue."

Sharpe said the site will enable people to participate in the revision process without having to come to City Hall, or other locations, for meetings.
