#WaterForFlint Weekend Drive a Success in New Rochelle
Organizers said they were grateful to all who donated water.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY - My Brother’s Keeper New Rochelle reported that 110 cases of water were donated Feb. 20 and 21 for the City of Flint.
The organization’s Facebook page said, “We are go grateful to all of you who donated water, promoted this water collection on social media, encouraged your friends and associates to participate and took the time to write a note of encouragement to the residents of Flint.”
Hours of collection on Sunday were extended, organizers said, and combined with water from White Plains and Pelham, a total of 146 cases and 96 gallon jugs of water is on its way to the Michigan city in crisis.
