Wind Chill Advisory Continues For Westchester County
The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Keep the winter coat, gloves, scarf and knit cap handy. The National Weather Service has extended the Wind Chill Advisory for Westchester County until 8 a.m. Sunday.
Very cold wind chills are expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
Wind chills are forecast to range from 10 below zero to 20 below zero.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves, the NWS said.
