1 Injured In Cutchogue Crash: Cops

The injuries were minor, police say.

CUTCHOGUE, NY — A crash in Cutchogue Saturday sent one to the hospital, police said.

According to Southold Town Police, a Port Jefferson Station man, 41, was driving a 2017 Chevrolet pickup truck east on Route 48 near Alvahs Lane and failed to yield to a motorist, 40, from Glen Head who was heading west in a 2016 Ford sedan.

Cutchogue Fire Department Rescue transported the Glen Head man to Peconic Bay Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries, police said.
