2 Men Burglarize Southold Home: Cops

SOUTHOLD, NY — Two men were busted after they burglarized a Southold home, police said.

According to Southold Town Police, Lawrence Schmidt, 33, and Roy Daniels, 24, both of Southold, were arrested on Feb. 24 at 4:04 p.m. and charged with burglary and criminal trespass, felonies, after they entered an apartment on Main Bayview Road without permission of the owner.

Both Schmidt and Daniels were placed under arrest, transported back to Southold Town Police headquarters, and held for arrangement, police said.
