2 Men Charged After North Fork Altercation: Police

MATTITUCK —A father and son were arrested after a Mattituck dispute last week, police said.

The incident took place Wednesday at 1:22 p.m. on Donna Drive when a physical altercation broke out, according to the man, 54, of Miller Place, who reported the dispute, Southold Town police said.

Anthony Pupplo, 53, of Central Islip, and his son Skye Pupplo, 25, of Shirley were arrested and charged with harassment, police said. Anthony Pupplo was also charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Both were processed and released on field appearance tickets, police said.
