2 North Fork Establishments Cited For Selling Alcohol To Minors: PD

The New York State police barracks in Riverside conducted an underage drinker enforcement operation in Southold Town.

SOUTHOLD, NY — Two clerks were nabbed Thursday in an underage drinking enforcement detail held in Southold Town, police said.

The New York State police barracks in Riverside organized the effort, during which two clerks were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to an undercover state police operative under the age of 21, authorities said.

Arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage were a clerk at 7-Eleven on Main Rd. in Greenport, and a clerk at Peconic Liquors on Main Rd. in Cutchogue, police said.

  5. Mr. Roberts Convenience Store on Front St. in Greenport.
  6. Layyah Convenience on Front St. in Greenport.
  7. 7-Eleven on Main Rd. in Southold.
  8. Gulf Mini Mart on Rte. 25 in Southold.
