2 North Fork Men Charged With Violating Megan's Law: Cops
Each had a Facebook page that they had not reported to the sex offender registry, police say.

NORTH FORK, NY — Two North Fork men were charged with violating Megan's Law and failing to report Facebook pages to the sex offender registry, police said.
Routine monitoring of the two men by Southold Police detectives revealed that they each had a Facebook page that they had not reported to the sex offender registry, maintained by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, police said.
Frank Schiavoni, 51, of Greenport, was arrested Wednesday morning at 6:40 a.m. on Second Street and charged with failure to register, a felony, police said. He was transported to police headquarters for processing and released on bail pending arraignment in Southold Justice Court, police said.

Brian Michalouski, 27, of Mattituck, was also arrested and charged with failure to register, a felony, police said. He was arrested and processed on Friday, April 20, police said.
Michalouski, who was in the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff for an unrelated probation violation, was transported to Southold Justice Court for arraignment by sheriff's deputies and then returned to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility, police said.
