2 Teens Hurt In Dirt Bike Collision
Both the 14-year old and 15-year old sustained leg injuries in the crash, police say.

LAUREL, NY— Two North Fork teens were hurt when their dirt bikes collided Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 6:03 p.m. on Aldrich Lane in Laurel when two teens, ages 14 and 15, were riding dirt bikes on private property and their bikes collided, causing leg injuries to both.
One teen was airlifted by Suffolk County Police aviation to Stony Brook University Hospital and the second was transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center by Mattituck Fire Department rescue, police said. Both had non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Mattituck Fire Department was assisted by Stony Brook Hospital's first responder paramedic units at the scene, police said.
Names of the injured teens being withheld due to their ages, police said.
