2 Women Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash On North Fork: Cops
The crash took place Friday afternoon in Mattituck, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — Two women were injured in a three-car crash in Mattituck Friday afternoon, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the collision took place on Friday at 4 p.m. on New York State Route 25 and New Suffolk Ave. when a woman heading west on Route 25 attempted to make a left turn onto New Suffolk Ave. and failed to yield the right of way to another woman heading east.
The force of the crash pushed the first woman's vehicle into the path of a third woman's, who was also heading west on Route 25.

The first two drivers were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries, police said.
No charges were filed in the crash, police said.
