9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Planned For North Fork Sunday
The solemn gathering takes place for the 21st year to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11.
NORTH FORK, NY — Once again, the North Fork community will come together to remember the fallen on 9/11.
The Southold Town Fire Chief's Council will present, for the 21st year, a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Sunday at 6 p.m. at Tasker Park, located on Peconic Lane in Peconic.
Southold, Mattituck-Cutchogue, Greenport, East Marion, Orient, Plum Island, Fishers Island and Shelter Island Fire Departments will participate in the ceremony.
