After 'Driving All Over the Road' Southold Man Caught with Heroin: Cops
The man was caught on Route 25 in Mattituck, police said.

MATTITUCK, NY - A Southold man who was seen "driving all over the road" was caught with heroin, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Daniel C. Tomasky, 34, was arrested on Thursday at 12:33 p.m. on Route 25 in Mattituck after he was seen driving a red Dodge pickup east.
Officers located the vehicle heading eastbound on Route 25 and Tomaksy was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel and crossing over the double yellow line and white solid line multiple times, police said.

Tomasky was stopped and found with heroin; he also resisted arrest, police said. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, resisting arrest, unsafe lane change and another traffic violation, police said.
Tomasky was transported to police headquarters for processing, police said.
