David Nyce, Bob Jester and Ron Rothman are Few Noted Faces to Appear on WPKN's 'North Fork Works'

Hazel Kahan announces North Fork Works, a new program on WPKN radio 89.5 fm, a monthly series in which North Fork residents talk about the often multiple ways in which they earn a living, are present in the community and what the North Fork means to them.
Expanding its programming to include North Fork Works, is an expression of WPKN’s commitment to building a relationship with the Long Island communities in its listening area. "We planted the seeds for this relationship last year with a lively and very successful concert at Rothman’s in Southold in August, 2011," says Hazel Kahan.
The program's first guest is David Nyce, furniture maker, musician, songwriter and Mayor of Greenport, New York on Wednesday, March 7 at 7.30 pm on WPKN 89.5 fm Bridgeport and streaming and archived on wpkn.org. The series is produced by Tony Ernst.
