'Art, Oysters, & Champagne' Auction Live Labor Day Weekend

NEW SUFFOLK, NY — The New Suffolk Waterfront Fund's annul "Art, Oyster's & Champagne At Home" fundraiser has gone virtual and is taking place live over Labor Day weekend.

"We have reinvented 'Art, Oysters & Champagne' this year. No need to get dressed up — the entire event is taking place from your home," organizers said. "The art will be an online auction rather than our traditional tented art show so you’ll have lots of time to 'browse.' Would you love to have an oysters and champagne party at your home? Enter our raffle to win your very own oyster and champagne party with your friends and family and support the Waterfront, too!"

Bidding closes Sunday at 8 p.m. Participants can bid on works by acclaimed East End artists; a variety of media in a range of prices is available. Preview art here.

And, one lucky winner can take home an "Oysters & Champagne" party, valued at $1,200, at their own home. The prize includes a catered party at the winner's residence for up to 12 people on a date agreed upon with the Waterfront Fund. Hundreds of fresh, local Peeko oysters and local champagne will be provided; an experienced shucker and condiments are included.
