Hallockville Museum Farm, the 28-acre preserved farm homestead on the North Fork, will host its 44th Country Fair on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Sunday, Sept. 29. This year’s Country Fair will celebrate the museum farm’s 50th anniversary with half-price admission on Sunday morning, a concert by the No Doubt World Famous Monday Night Band on Sunday at 1 p.m. (weather permitting), an artistic glass pumpkin patch display, historic cooking demonstrations and the popular mix of family-friendly farm activities, historical tours and, folk arts and skills demonstrations, contemporary music and food trucks presented on the adjoining grounds of Hallockville Museum Farm and the Long Island Antique Power Association.

Admission: $12 ages 13 and up, $8 ages 5 to 12, Free ages 4 and under, 50% off on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

10:00: Children’s Tractor Pull (LIAPA)

10:30 – 3:00: Historic Tours: Hallock Homestead, Cichanowicz Farmhouse, Homestead Barn, Combs Decoy Shop (self guided)

11:00 – 4:00: Live Music: Damaged Goods, Fred Raimondo & Greta Quezada, Karl Blessing & The Yazoo Brothers

11:00: Children’s Tug of War and Tea Making Demo

12:00: Potato Sack Races

1:00: Children’s Tug of War

2:00: Potato Sack Races and Tea Making Demo

3:00: Children’s Tug of War

All Day: Children’s Activities, Cooking Demos, Traditional Craft Demos, Yard Games, Vendors, Pony Rides ($10), Petting Zoo (Food $5)

At LIAPA: Blacksmith Demos, Sawmill Demos, Kiddie Train, Wagon Ride, Tractor Pull (goes until 5:30)

Saturday Only

10:00 – 1:00: Live Music: Old Time Jam

11:00 - 1:00: Puppet making workshop with Goat on a Boat theatre

12:00 – 3:00: Beekeeping demo with talks at 12:30 and 2:30

1:00 – 2:00: Live Music: No Doubt World Famous Monday Night Band
