Participants will learn and practice simple yoga exercises in a way that is safe, easy, and gentle for all bodies. Yoga exercises will be done sitting in chairs and/or using chairs for support while standing and balancing.&nbsp;Strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, reduce stress, and more. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water to each class. Judy Arnone instructs this class.
