Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library

Held on Wednesdays, from Sept. 9 through Nov. 25 (no class Oct. 28, Nov. 11, or Nov. 18), from 10:45 am to noon. 
Registration required. Fee: $72, non-refundable (9 classes total).
Gentle yoga will help increase balance, strength and a sense of well-being and calm. We integrate breath work with gentle stretches without the stress of having to get up and down off the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket or towel. Instructor: Judy Arnone.

Old Burying Ground

Join the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Council &amp; Museums for a conservation and treatment workshop on October 15 between 9:30 and 10 am (workshop will start when students arrive) to help us restore the Old Burial Ground, 32770 Main Road (corner of Main Road and Harbor Lane), in Cutchogue. Professional preservationists Joel Snodgrass and Zach Studenroth will teach burial stone history and how to clean, straighten, and repair headstones from different historic periods.In the second part, you will put to use what you learned. The workshop is from 10 am-1:30 pm. Dress for possible dirty work. Community members are welcome; this workshop will also be the Community Service Day for Mattituck Cutchogue School Seniors.

Gerber, PsyD, is the Director of the&nbsp;ADHD&nbsp;testing program at Stony Brook Medicine Psychiatric Associates and is extensively trained in evidence-based treatments for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
