This is the 4th annual year, the organization has made a huge impact on the community by providing complete holiday trays.

St. Mary’s church in Hampton Bays offered their kitchen for the cause and Latter Day Saint Mormon missionaries volunteered two days of their time to help cook.

The meals were all made organic with ingredients from local farms and purveyors who contributed to give a holiday experience to families who otherwise would go without.

Briermere Farm in Riverhead, Finks Farm in Manorville, Cromers Meat Market in Sag Harbor, Green Thumb in Watermill, Panera Bread in Hampton Bays, and Schmidts in Southampton all donated ingredients for the meals.

King Kullen and Stop and Shop of Hampton Bays also gave $25 gift cards.

In addition to food, a dozen single mom families were selected to receive clothing and toys from the following donors: 2nd Star to the Right Toy Store in Bridgehampton, Flying Point Surf Shop in Southampton, Wharf Shop in Sag Harbor, Gloria’s Jewel in Bridgehampton, Sunrise to Sunset in Southampton, and Wells Fargo Southampton.

The season was made complete by Santa’s Christmas Tree Farm in Cutchogue and Mike’s Tree Farm in Manorville, who provided beautiful trees and lights to two local families and Colorful Gardens in Jamesport who delivered firewood to a few families who needed heat for their homes for Thanksgiving.
