Medical Science confirms that Sound Wave Vibrations have a quieting effect on the entire Nervous System. In my sessions I use deeper toned, long sustaining sound instruments. These sessions are composed specifically for quieting the Mind &amp; unwinding the Fascia System, allowing the participant to experience a state of deep physical relaxation and a quieting of the mind. Many participants nap and have fun expanded awareness journeys.
&nbsp;In my FLOOR sessions, I compose pieces using a large selection of therapy grade and tuned Tibetan Metal bowls, (2) 26 inch Gongs, Thunder, Sea and Buffalo drums, 9 Solfeggio Tuned long chimes and other cool instruments which direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and body. You are laying on a 4.5 inch thick futon with blanket/bolster/eye mask and pillow if needed.

Long Island Cares Veterans Project and the Southold American Legion Griswold-Terry-Glover Post 803 and its Auxiliary are teaming-up to host a Veterans Resource Fair and Food Distribution on Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Southold American Legion Post at 51655 Main Road (Route 25). The event will feature more than 25 Long Island organizations that offer services and programs specifically for veterans and active military personnel. In addition, Long Island Cares Veterans Project will distribute free fresh produce to veterans provided by the Long Island Cares Farm Truck and a free brown bag lunch will be offered to the first 200 vets in attendance. Admission to the Veterans Resource Fair is free and open to all veterans and active military. Individuals planning to attend are asked to register in advance by phoning Justin at 631-583-3663 ext. 151, however, walk-ins will be welcome.
