Crowd Revs Up For 9th Annual Southold American Legion Car Show

The event will feature hot rods, hogs, live music and fun for all.

SOUTHOLD, NY — Car enthusiasts are revved up and ready to go: The 9th Annual Car Show will be presented by the Southold American Legion Griswold Terry Glover Post 803 Sunday.

The event, filled with hot rods and hogs, will be held at the American Legion, located at 51655 Main Road in Southold, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and include music, food trucks, a 50/50 raffle vendors and a membership drive.

All funds raised will be used for the preservation of the Southold American Legion's Griswold Terry Glover Post 803 and helping local veterans, organizers said.

"Our annual car show is a fun filled day for the whole family," organizers said.

The event will feature food trucks, live music by the New York Vendettas, vendors, raffles, games, "and, of course, the stars of the show — the beautiful cars and motorcycles," organizers added.

There is a $20 donation for cars and a free-will donation for spectators.
