Cutchogue Teen Injured, Arrested After Rollover: Police
The young man was found to be under the influence of marijuana, police said.

CUTCHOGUE, NY - A Cutchogue driver was arrested Thursday night after he hit a tree and was involved in a rollover — and was later found to be under the influence of marijuana, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Erik Schwartz, 19, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. after an accident when his vehicle overturned.
Schwartz was taken to Eastern Long Island Hospital by Cutchogue Fire Department and, after being released, was arrested, charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and taken to Southold Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
