Driver Without Headlights, Tail Lights, Charged With DWI: Cops
He was driving, unlicensed, in the center turn lane in Mattituck, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A Mattituck man was charged with driving drunk after he was caught with no headlights or tail lights, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Julio Miranda-Jimenez, 21, was arrested on Saturday at 1:40 a.m. on Route 25 in Mattituck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, failure to maintain lane, driving with no headlights or tail lights and driving without a license, police said.
Miranda-Jimenez was driving east on Route 25 was also seen driving in the center turn lane, police said.

Miranda-Jimenez was stopped and found to be driving while intoxicated; he was arrested and held at Southold Police headquarters awaiting arraignment, police said.
