Drunk Driver Caught Speeding In School Zone: Cops
He was driving with a suspended license, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A Mattituck man was caught driving drunk and speeding in a school zone, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Egidio Albizures Morataya, 39, was arrested on Nov. 27 at 11:11 a.m. on Route 25 in Mattituck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation, and speeding in a school zone.
Albizures Morataya was driving 45 mph in a 20 mph school zone, police said.

Albizures Morataya was stopped and found to have a smell of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and bloodshot, glassy eyes; he failed standardized field sobriety tests and was found to be driving with a suspended license, police said.
Albizures Morataya was placed under arrest and transported to Southold Town Police Headquarters for processing and to await arraignment, police said.
