Drunk Driver Nabbed In Greenport: Police
She was seen failing to maintain her lane on Route 25, police say.
GREENPORT, NY — A drunk driver was arrested in Greenport Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Lorraine Labecki, 48, of West Islip, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on Route 25 near the Drossos Motel and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Southold Town Police received a call about a vehicle in which the driver was failing to maintain her lane of travel, the vehicle was located and pulled over, Labecki was found to be intoxicated and was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was held for morning arraignment, police said.
