MATTITUCK, NY — A drunk driver was nabbed in Mattituck Wednesday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Jose Rodriguez-Ramirez, 40, of Greenport, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Pike Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as driving without a license.
He was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign and found to be intoxicated, police said.

Rodriguez-Ramirez was held for arraignment at Southold Town Justice Court, police said.
