East Marion Man Charged With DWI: Cops

He was pulled over on Rt. 25 in Greenport, police say.

GREENPORT, NY — An East Marion man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Greenport Sunday, police said.

Sean Feehan, 46, was arrested at 6:56 p.m. on Rt. 25 and charged with DWI, first offense, refusal to take a breath test, and moving from lane unsafely, Southold Town Police said.

Feehan was driving a 2004 Ford van eastbound on New York State Rt. 25 in Greenport and was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel, police said.

He was determined to be intoxicated, placed under arrest, and transported to Southold Town Police Department headquarters for processing, police said. Feehan was held for arraignment at Southold Town Justice Court, police said.
