Greenport Fire, Hot Sauce And Cigar Shop, Announces Second Location

NORTH FORK, NY — It's a red hot secret that's finally been divulged: The owners of Greenport Fire, a popular cigar and hot sauce shop on Main Street, are expanding.

"So, we have been keeping a secret for a few months now and it's time we let you all in on it," Heather and Dale Suter wrote on Facebook. "The North Fork will now be on fire from both ends."

The owners announced a new location, North Fork Fire, to be sited at The Shoppes At East Wind in Wading River.

"Thank you to everyone for their support over the years and for making this expansion possible," the Suters said, adding that expansion plans will be detailed on North Fork Fire's Facebook page.

Greenport Fire has legions of fans, including the legendary Billy Joel, who paid a visit to the shop in June.
