This year’s competition features a rich lineup of acclaimed North Fork restaurants, including Dawg Daze BBQ, Ellen’s on Front, Little Fish, Lucharitos, Silver Sands, Maize at the Shoals Dockside, Whiskey Wind, and Green Hill Kitchen. The culinary heavyweights will battle it out for two coveted titles: Judge’s Choice Award and People’s Choice Award, the latter voted on by attendees.

Adding even more heat to the competition, local fire departments will also go head-to-head with their own signature chili recipes, competing for separate Judge’s Choice and People’s Choice Awards.

"We’re thrilled to bring this event back and showcase the incredible talent and generosity of our local restaurants and fire departments," said John Liegey, co-founder of Greenport Harbor Brewing Company. “The Chili Cook-Off is a North Fork winter staple — local teams, friendly competition, and neighbors coming together over chili and beer."

This year’s panel of judges includes:

Carolyn Iannone - Owner of Love Lane Kitchen restaurant in Mattituck

Chef Adam Kaufer - Co-owner and Executive Chef at Grace & Grit in Southold

Rich Rosenthal - Emmy Award and James Beard-winning executive television producer of the
Netflix series Somebody Feed Phil.

Jaymee Sire - Emmy Award-winning television host, food and style writer and host of the podcast 'Food Network Obsessed'.
