House Fire Extinguished In Greenport Monday: PD
No one was injured and damage was contained to a small portion of the home, police say.

GREENPORT, NY — Firefighters extinguished flames at a home in Greenport Monday, officials said.
According to Southold Town police, the fire broke out about 2:17 p.m. at a home on Beach Road.
The fire was believed to be electrical; no foul play was suspected, no one was injured, and damage was confined to a small portion of the house, police said.
