Improvements At Town Rec Center Kick Off

The rec center will be getting a new ADA compliant ramp, as well as power doors, town officials say.

SOUTHOLD, NY — Work will commence next week on improvements at the Southold Town Recreation Center.

In an effort to perform modifications to existing town buildings, making them accessible and compliant with the American Disabilities Act, the Recreation Center will be getting an updated entrance with a handicap ramp and power doors, town officials said.
