Inauguration Of Southold Town Officials Unfolds Thursday

SOUTHOLD, NY — Southold will kick off the new year Thursday with inauguration ceremonies for town officials elected in November.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the inauguration ceremony, which takes place at 2 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room, located at 53095 Main Road in Southold.

Recently elected Southold Town officials, including incumbents Town Supervisor Scott Russell, Town Councilwoman Jill Doherty, Trustees Nick Krupski and Glenn Goldsmith, and Assessor Richard Caggiano will be given their oaths of office — as will newcomers Sarah Nappa, elected to the town board, Town Justice Daniel Ross, and Receiver of Taxes Kelly Fogarty.
