Intoxicated Man Arrested After Being Found Lying On Road: Cops
He was also found with pills he had no prescription for, police say.

SOUTHOLD, NY —An intoxicated man was arrested after he was found lying on the road in Southold Saturday morning with pills he had no prescription for, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 8:15 a.m. on Route 25. After authorities received a report, an officer found Kyle Sakowicz, 21, of Peconic on the ground and intoxicated, police said.
Sakowicz was found with four Alprazolam pills; he was arrested, charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released with a later court date, police said.
