Congratulations to Jhon Ramirez who was selected to participate in the Angelo Del Toro Pureto Rican/Hispanic Youth Leadership. The Institute affords Hispanic youth greater insight into the dynamic nature of State government and offers participants the opportunity to develop leadership skills. Jhon attended workshops where he was able to meet Assemblyman Phil Ramos and learn about our State government.
