Job Fair For Local Youth Planned For Mattituck High School
The job fair will give youth a chance to meet local business owners who are hiring or seeking interns, organizers say.
MATTITUCK, NY — Young people in Southold Town hoping to find work will now have an opportunity to meet with prospective employers in the area.
Southold Town's Youth Bureau, along with the North Fork and Mattituck Chambers of Commerce, are set to host a Job Fair on Monday, May 8, at the Mattituck-Cutchogue Junior/Senior High School Library, from 9:50 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
The event affords local youth with an opportunity to meet employers that are either looking to hire or provide internship opportunities, organizers say.
