Limo Bus Involved In Crash Outside Winery: Cops
The limo bus failed to yield the right of way, police say.
CUTCHOGUE, NY— A limo bus was involved in a crash with a sedan outside a Cutchogue winery Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the crash took place at 5:48 p.m. on Route 25 Saturday; the limo bus was exiting the driveway at Pugliese Vineyards and failed to yield right of way to traffic when it pulled in front of a sedan to make a right turn onto Route 25, police said.
The sedan was unable to avoid the bus and struck it; the driver of the sedan was transported to Eastern Long Island Hospital for minor injuries, police said. Neither the driver or any occupants in the limo bus reported any injuries, police said.
