This was the band’s second time being nominated for a Grammy, but they lost this year’s award to Neela Vaswani’s album, I Am Malala: How One Girl Stood Up For Education And Changed The World (Malala Yousafzai).

“Congrats to GRAMMY winner Neela Vaswani for I Am Malala,” Rymer wrote on his Facebook page.

Rymer attended the event with his family including his wife, Bridget Clark Rymer, and was honored to be at the event.

“It’s truly a humbling experience to be included,” he said. “I performed a benefit show with the other children’s nominees and that was a blast. To be honored for our musical accomplishment and to be included with some of the best - many are idols of mine - is really a dream come true. Loved all of the support we got from our fans - far and wide and so thrilled to bring my family!”
