Lucharitos Offers Customers Chance To Win Lifetime Burritos
Three lucky winners will win a burrito a week for life at Lucharitos. "Hopefully, they don't live more than 100 years." Owner Marc LaMaina.

GREENPORT, NY — Loyal customers who crave Lucharitos now have the chance to make their wildest dreams come true — the golden opportunity to win the deliciousness for life.
According to Marc LaMaina, owner of the Lucharitos in Greenport and Little Lucharitos in Aquebogue, three lucky winners will receive a burrito a week for life. All participants have to do is eat at the Greenport and Aquebogue locations through June 1, 2018 for a chance to win a golden ticket — in their burrito.
The tickets are made of gold foil, LaMaina said. The golden tickets will be randomly slid into burritos in both locations until June 1.

He and his family were watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when the idea was born, he said.
"I wish we had guacamole rivers to have the winners fall into," LaMaina said.

He said he was "warned" to only offer the free burritos for a year. "But what fun is that?" LaMaina asked.
LaMaina said he personally had never won anything until last year at a raffle for the Maureen's Haven homeless outreach program held at Osprey's Dominion in Peconic.
"It's a neat feeling," he said, adding that the winners will get some Lucha gear, too.
LaMaina is excited to offer the chance to his customers, who have made both locations dining destinations on the North Fork.
"It's going to be pretty cool to see them find that ticket," he said. "Hopefully, they don't live more than 100 years. Thats not fair," he laughed.
Lucharitos is located at 119 Main Street in Greenport and Little Lucharitos, which opened in October, is located at 487 Main Road in Aquebogue.
