Man, 48, Grabbed, Groped Juvenile On North Fork: Police

SOUTHOLD, NY — A Southold man was arrested after he grabbed a juvenile, forcibly kissing and groping her, police said.

According to Southold Town police, the incident took place on September 1 at 4:05 p.m. on Route 25 in Southold.

Maryn Arias Gregorio, 48, was arrested and charged with forcible touching, intimate parts; and second-degree harassment, physical contact, police said.

A juvenile reported that while walking on Route 25 in Southold, she was approached by Arias Gregorio, who forcibly kissed her, grabbing her and groping her buttocks, police said.

After further investigation by the Southold Police Department's juvenile aid bureau and detective division, Arias Gregorio was identified; he was also involved and arrested for a similar incident that took place in Southold with another female, police said.
