Man Arrested For Drunk Driving After Orient Crash: Police
The man crashed his car on Route 25.
A Patchogue man was arrested on a DWI charge after a crash in Orient, according to Southold Town Police.
William South, 52, was involved in single vehicle car accident at the Cross Sound Ferry on Route 25 at about 6:34 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.
During the investigation it was found that he was intoxicated, police said.

He was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, transported to headquarters, processed and held for arraignment, according to police.
