Man Busted For Jumping On Car With Driver Inside: Cops
He damaged the hood and windshield intentionally, police say.
GREENPORT, NY — A Greenport man was arrested after he jumped on the hood of a car driven by another man, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place Sunday at 7:23 p.m. on Fifth Street in Greenport.
Henri Alvarez, 31, was charged with third degree criminal mischief, a felony, after he jumped on the hood of a vehicle with a 30-year old Greenport driver inside and intentionally damaged the hood and windshield, police said.

Alvarez was located at his residence, transported to Southold Town Police headquarters for questioning, placed under arrest, processed, and held for a morning arraignment, police said.
