Man Charged With Criminal Possession Controlled Substance: Cops
He was arrested after he was seen walking in the middle of the road, police say.

CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Southold man was arrested after he was caught walking in the middle of the road in possession of hash oil and marijuana, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Jeremy Medalie, 39, was arrested on Friday at 7 p.m. on Route 25 in Cutchogue and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Medalie was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released on bail, police said.
