Man Charged With DWI After Mattituck Crash: Police
He was also charged with refusal to take a breathalyzer test, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A Mattituck man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash on October 2, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 2:28 a.m. on Grand Avenue in Mattituck when Drew Krupski, 26, was involved in the motor vehicle crash. He was found to be intoxicated, placed under arrest, and charged with DWI, first offense, and refusal to take a breath test, police said.
He was taken to the Southold Town Police Department where he was processed and held for arraignment before Southold Town Justice Court, police said.
