Man Charged With DWI In Cutchogue Crossed Over Yellow Lines: Cops
He had open alcohol containers in his car, police say.

CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Cutchogue man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place Saturday at 10:13 p.m. on Cox Lane in Cutchogue when Hector Lopez Bolvito drove a 2004 Saturn SUV eastbound on Route 25 and crossed over the solid double yellow lane divider markings.
Lopez Bolvito was found to have open alcohol containers inside the vehicle and failed standardized field sobriety tests administered at the scene, police said.

Lopez Bolvito was placed under arrest and charged with DWI, first offense, first degree operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, moving from lane unsafely, no/inadequate plate lamp, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, police said.
He was transported to the Southold Town Police Department for processing, police said.
