Man Charged With DWI, Leaving Scene Of North Fork Crash: Cops
The 31-year old was also driving with just a learner's permit, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A Greenport man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Kelvin Euceda, 31, was arrested on Wednesday at 1:33 p.m. on Sound Ave. in Mattituck and charged with DWI, first offense, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving with only a learner's permit.
Euceda was driving a 2001 Chevy pickup that was involved in a leaving the scene of a crash; he was located by officers and upon investigation found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said.

Euceda was transported to Southold Town Police headquarters, processed, and held overnight for arraignment, police said.
