Man Charged With DWI On North Fork: Police
Police received reports of a driver "all over the road" and arrested the man in Mattituck, authorities say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A Glen Cove man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Mattituck Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 6:09 p.m. on Marys Road. Daniel Rincon, 37, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI: per se, no prior; DWI, first offense; failure to use designated lane; drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway; and a right of way violation for a motor vehicle entering the road, police said.
Southold Police received a report of a white Kia SUV driving "all over the road" and failing to maintain its lane of travel in the area of Route 25 and King Kullen, authorities said. An officer located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop after observing several vehicle and traffic law violations, police said.

Rincon was identified as the driver and found to be intoxicated; he was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters, where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.
