Man Charged With DWI, Refuses Breath Test: Cops
He was stopped for speeding, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A Mattituck man was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
According to New York State Police, on Sunday at 4:11 a.m., Max A. Padula, 25, was driving on Sound Avenue near Mill Lane in Mattituck and was stopped for speeding.
Padula was found to be intoxicated and refused a breath test, police said. He was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated, and held for morning arraignment in Southold Justice Court, police said.
