Man Charged With Felony DWI In Laurel: Police
He had a prior conviction within the past 10 years, police say.

LAUREL, NY — A Jamesport man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Laurel early Saturday, police said.
According to Southold Town police, the incident took place at 2:30 a.m. on Route 25. While on routine patrol, an officer observed the driver of a 1998 Ford F-150 traveling westbound on Route 25 and failing to maintain his lane of travel, police said.
Casey Killian, 34, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was arrested and charged with DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, a felony; and aggravated DWI: per se-1 prior, police said.

He was transported to Southold Town police headquarters for processing and held for arraignment, police said.
